How It Works…

HospIQ makes independent hospitality quality assurance simple and straightforward. From the initial consultation through the final report, every service is designed to give you a clear, unbiased view of your property and the guest experience it delivers.

Step 1

Schedule Your FREE 30-Minute Consultation

A laptop on a wooden table showing the HospIQ logo, with a coffee mug, notebook, pen, tablet, and a magazine nearby, overlooking a scenic view of a river and green hills through large windows.

Start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your property, recent challenges, guest feedback, and operational goals.

During the call, we will review:

  • Your property type and location

  • The number of units or rooms

  • Current cleaning, maintenance, or guest-experience concerns

  • Recent reviews or recurring complaints

  • The service that best fits your needs

  • Scheduling, access, pricing, and next steps

There is no obligation to book. The purpose of the call is to understand your operation and determine whether HospIQ is the right fit.

Step 2

Select the Service That Fits Your Needs

Based on the consultation, you can choose the service that best addresses your current needs:

  • CleanScore for cleanliness and turnover quality

  • PropertyShield for condition, maintenance, and amenity readiness

  • ReviewIQ for guest feedback and listing performance

  • Stay360 for the complete guest experience

For properties with several concerns, HospIQ may recommend a combination of services or a phased approach.

Step 3

Schedule the Audit

HospIQ will coordinate a date and access plan that works with your reservation and turnover schedule.

Depending on the service, the audit may be completed:

  • After a scheduled turnover

  • Between guest reservations

  • During a vacant period

  • Remotely through listing and review analysis

  • Through an actual mystery guest stay

The owner or manager generally does not need to remain on-site during the evaluation.

Step 4

HospIQ Conducts the Evaluation

Your property is evaluated using a structured hospitality-focused process.

Depending on the service, the evaluation may include:

  • Detailed scoring

  • Room-by-room observations

  • Photographic documentation

  • Cleanliness verification

  • Property-condition findings

  • Amenity testing

  • Listing accuracy review

  • Guest communication analysis

  • Guest journey testing

  • Identification of critical concerns

The objective is not simply to identify faults. Positive findings and operational strengths are also documented.

Step 5

Receive Your Detailed Report

A detailed hospitality audit report for Ozarks Hills Resort with multiple pages including summaries, scores, photographs, and recommendations.

After the evaluation, you will receive a professional report outlining what was found and what should happen next.

Your report may include:

  • Overall and category scores

  • Detailed written findings

  • Supporting photographs

  • Critical or immediate concerns

  • Guest-impact ratings

  • Corrective recommendations

  • Quick improvements

  • Longer-term priorities

  • Seven-day and 30-day action items

Report contents vary depending on the selected service and property.

Step 6

Correct, Improve, and Verify

You remain in control of how corrections are completed.

HospIQ does not require you to use specific cleaners, contractors, or vendors.

An optional follow-up audit or reinspection may be scheduled to:

  • Verify that corrections were completed

  • Confirm improved cleaning standards

  • Re-test amenities or equipment

  • Document progress

  • Establish a new performance baseline
